R7 Music Studio Policy
Studio Booking & Conduct Policy for R7 Music Studios
1. Booking Timeframes:
Minimum Advance Booking: All sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This allows for proper scheduling without last minute bookings.
Maximum Advance Booking: Clients can schedule sessions up to 56 days (two months) in advance, helping us maintain a controlled monthly calendar.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 25% cancellation fee and cancellations made within 1 hour or no show will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total session cost.
This fee ensures respect for the studio's time and business operations.
3. Conduct Rules:
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio.
Behavioral Expectations:
Any form of inappropriate or violent behavior, disrespectful language (verbal or physical), or physical altercation will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund.
Bribing for extra time or ignoring studio etiquette will not be tolerated.
If any of these occur, R7 Studios reserves the right to cancel the session due to misconduct, and the session becomes non-refundable.
4. Damage Liability:
Suppose any studio property, including but not limited to instruments, equipment, lights, or furniture, is damaged by the client/client's party during the session, the client will be held financially responsible.
The client (whoever paid for the session) must compensate the studio owner or me for a replacement. Refusal to pay will result in legal action and potential charges.
5. Studio Etiquette:
Please maintain silence during vocal or acoustic instrument recordings.
Instruments should only be played by individuals who know how to operate them properly.
Respect the creative environment and allow the work to proceed smoothly.
Refusal to abide by these rules will lead to the individual(s) being removed from the room.
6. Food Policy:
No food is allowed near the music studio equipment, as it poses a danger to sensitive equipment.
If you bring food, it must remain by the grey couch or outside the music studio room away from the recording equipment.
This policy aims to maintain a professional and respectful environment for all studio sessions while ensuring the smooth running of the business. Thank you for your cooperation!
